Munakas Snowsports School is not just one of the most tradition-rich schools in the Otepää and in the whole of Estonia. In this fantastic ski area the Munakas Snowsports School also ensures that young and old really have a great time skiing. Whether on a Alpine skis or snowboard. Our fully trained and qualified snow sport instructors show from the very beginning that it’s all about one thing – having fun!
This means that everyone will find a suitable course in Munakas Snowsports School – whether they are a three year-old new to the sport and having their first go, teenagers who want to head off into the terrain, or those getting back into the sport from an extended break; or those who are real experts with ambitions in racing, for whom the latest equipment just can’t go fast enough.
During individual training sessions those who want to get further, can perfect their knowledge and avail of the undivided attention of a ski instructor. The best way to learn new techniques quickly and eliminate errors.
Instructors:
Heikki – Alpine skiing experience 35yrs FINASI & LSSIA license. Languages: EST, RU, FIN. Heikki knows lot of things about skiing and he can help with first steps beginners or improve advanced skiers easily to the next level.


Erlend – Alpine skiing experience 28yrs, FINASI & LSSIA license. Languages: EST, RU, ENG. Erlend knows also lot of things about skiing. Really doesn’t matter, it’s ABC or improve parallel or carving skills better, he can do it. Also as Erlend was one of freestyle skiing pioneer end of 90’s in Estonia, he can can help with FS first steps to.

Mart – experience with skiing 43yrs, Czechs APUL professional ski instructors union member. As guy from Otepää, it’s normal that he knows all hills and slopes there in Otepää, without any ski lift, he was skied after school every smaller or bigger hills until darkness. Already years Mart also helps Austrian Stubai Neustifti Olympia Ski School as instructor, so, if You recognize someone on Munakas slopes with really classical Austrian style turns, then it’s probably Mart 😉
Leila – Leila is our snowboard instructor, as girl from Otepää, she’s passion of course wintersport. So, You need ABC lesson or have to already improve advanced skills, Leila can easily move Your perfomance to the next level.

  • 4 – 6in persons group lesson, price per person 55min  a’20€
  • Group lesson 10 persons, 1h 45min, price 190€.
